            Day 1 - Discovery of lakes and rivers

 

  • Departure from Manaus at 8:00 a.m.

  • Meeting of the waters (Rio Solimões and Rio Negro) where the Amazon River has its source

  • Visit to a small fishing community in Careiro da Várzea

  • Arrival at the hotel

  • Lunch

  • Piranha fishing

  • Exploration of lakes and islands

  • Swimming

  • Observation of pink and gray dolphins

  • Dinner

  • Observation of alligators

            Day 2 - Jungle camp

 

  • Sunrise

  • Observation of exotic birds

  • Lunch

  • Departure for the camp in the forest: wood fire, barbecue and caipirinhas

  • Learning survival techniques: making a fire, climbing trees…

  • Tales and local stories

          Day 3 - Discovery of fauna and flora 

 

  • Walk in the forest: discovery of plants, insects and mammals

  • Exploration of the deep forest - hike of several hours depending on the physical condition of the people

  • Observation of fauna and flora

  • Night canoe trip to appreciate the nightlife

            Day 4 - Discover the local communities of the Amazon
